Pottermania

I just came from Barnes and Noble. I stopped by to see the Harry Potter hoopla and was well rewarded. So many adults in costume! It was better than halloween. I saw several Lucius Malfoys, a Snape, a very good Hagrid, lots of Hogwarts students, a Sybil Trelawney with bottle glasses, and a scary Voldemort. The parking lot was filled to overflowing. I had to park over by Toys R Us, and when I left even that was filling up. I'm not buying my book this weekend--I refuse to be manipulated by media crazes, plus I don't have time to read it right now. If I bought it I wouldn't be able to resist.
