house update

Everything is finally in order for closing on the house. We were supposed to do it today, but as of yesterday it was giving me too much stress. I'm going out of town this weekend and I have a big project due. Plus the appraiser had still not turned in his report. So we delayed in one week. It's now officially ready to go. The appraisal is in and it's good. All the inspections are done. The bank has all its paperwork and DNA samples. I'm going to do some hand exercises to prepare for next Thursday's massive signing.

Thursday afternoon I'm planning to invite a kitchen planner to the new house to take measurements. Hopefully we can order everything that day. We have an appointment with a plumber, too.
