economic stimulus

The stimulus plan I would like to see is government subsidization of the cost of gasoline. With even a 50-cent cut to prices, we would be able to travel more, spending money on hotels, luggage, restaurants, and gift shops along the way. Airlines might be able to reduce fares, too. If I'm given money directly, I'll just squander it. I'd much rather have a cut in the price of gas.
