I finally hit the overload point with food. I ate out for lunch every day last week (except Friday when I ate dinner out). By Thursday I was a little tired of it, honestly. This weekend my husband and I went to Athens, GA, and ate out 4 times. The lunches were far too close to the dinners for how big they were. After dinner Saturday I actually felt like I wanted to throw up (and it was a good dinner, so it wasn't a comment on the quality but rather the quantity). In addition to real food there was also cake and candy.

So now I'm on a mini-detox. No more sweets for at least a week. And maybe no more for Lent, if I can manage it. Cheese and bread and other good stuff are still okay.
