Therapy thoughts

I want to be a productive writer.
I want to be healthy and health-conscious.
I want to be a kind and loving person.
What can I do today to work toward those goals? What can I do today to give myself a taste of what achieving those goals would feel like? I can't just leap from here to there, unfortunately. And I can't suddenly revolutionize my life--I've tried and failed on several occasions. But just a taste, a reminder of where I'm going.
I can do my physical therapy stretches.
I can spend time at the library researching and writing.
I can eat a healthy meal.
