Allergy season

I've been on allergy shots with my current doctor for almost 2 years. We're switching to every other week at last, but they haven't been as effective as I had hoped. I still have way too many symptoms, too many sinus headaches each week, too many stuffy days, too many asthma incidents. On the other hand, my polyp isn't showing any signs of returning, which is the major concern.
In addition to allergy shots, I'm taking: Nasonex spray, Symbicort inhaler just in the mornings, neti pot with budesonide at night, Zyrtec, and my emergency albuterol inhaler. The medicated neti pot is very interesting, because it gets the steroid right where it's needed. I wish I could get a good antihistamine up in there.
My asthma attacks have decreased, which is good. I only needed the inhaler 3 or 4 times this week. Once was Thursday afternoon, when I had a coughing fit on the campus bus. I got off so I could cough less self-consciously. It was a warm day, which I'm sure was partly to blame. When I get over-heated, it triggers my exercise-induced asthma.
One day this week it rained and I was good until it cleared up, when my headache began to develop. The headaches are a response to sinus pressure in the upper sinuses. Advil, sudafed, a chilled eye compress usually do the trick.
I left a window open last night, and I'm getting a headache. It isn't even noon. Bah.
