Allergy update

Later on the day of my last post, my husband and I went hiking near a waterfall. It was a short hike, yet I was very pleased that I didn't need the inhaler at all. And I only used it once in all of last week.

Symbicort smells like paint. It goes away quickly though, and it seems to be working so far. But this week I already needed my emergency inhaler during the walk from one building to another. It's not terrible warm or humid but there's a breeze that stirs up the mold. That plus the exercise may have caused it.
