weekend progress

I didn't finish my tasks for the weekend--I took a long nap Saturday afternoon instead of working on my paper. But I did make significant progress. The major revisions on the paper are made. All that's left is changing it to Chicago style. I was working on it today when Word locked up. I was also getting frustrated with my mouse touchpad (laptop). I didn't start grading midterms--my goal is to grade 3 before class tomorrow, so that I can say I've started. Or maybe read over lots of them. I also have to prep in the morning, of course. I visited a possible reception facility today and I'm quite enamored with it. The catering director promises she can work with my budget--we'll see. I ate too much at the party last night so I'm up a pound and a half today. Let's hope it comes back off before my weigh-in tomorrow evening.
