Sep. 6th, 2006 08:48 pmToday was nice. There was a silversmith on campus today with a wide range of rings for sale, so J drove to school so we could look. We found one that was an open-weave celtic design that he liked. I bent a knee as I presented it to him--he's *very* tall from that angle!
Later this afternoon we took a dance lesson. We signed up for some at the bridal fair. For $20 we got a basic today (30 minutes), a private lesson tomorrow, then 2 group lessons. Pretty good.
J is right now watching Bones on TV. I've been researching Christabel, which to my mind is MUCH more interesting. It's a strange little poem. Coleridge can be annoying when he doesn't finish things, but at least he's suggestive. He enriches my imagination.
My bronchitis is improved today. I coughed much less. I had an episode when walking back from class--an intense pain on my right side just under my rib cage. I switched my jacket to that arm so that I could nonchalantly press in as I walked, and it subsided. Hernia in progress? Let's hope not.
