Last week I lost 3.4 pounds, for a total loss of 8.8. This was biggest loss since the first week. Yay!
Our leader asked us to write a list of "life's little pleasures." Here's what I came up with in 30 seconds: birds, fresh breezes, vanilla cupcakes, ice cream on a hot day, hugs, holding hands, email from a friend. Most of our lists weren't exclusively food, which is an interesting insight. She told us to circle one pleasure we were going to seek this week, and I circled hugs. Yay for hugs!
