My loss for Week 1 is 5.8 pounds. I can't expect that kind of result in future; the first week of WW always has a bigger water loss. The most I ever lost in the first week was 9 pounds. But it's a nice start! I was 20 points over this week. If I'm 20 points over next week, I'll only lose 1 pound; I should lose 2 pounds if I'm on program.
