Joy! I managed this despite having TWO holiday parties. I endulged at them:19 points at the work party, and 20 points at the friend's evening party. I ended up about 30 points over for the week. Currently I'm not counting any exercise I do, so perhaps that is helping (though my exercise right now tends to be shopping or walking to the office from my car. Hmm).
I'm eating a lot more vegetables and really enjoying them. I'm eating much less candy and not missing it. I still have an occasional piece. When I was eating lots of sweets, I was always wanting some. I find that now I want them less.
