WW Week 6

So, there weren't any vegetables. There were lots of carbs. Oh, the chocolate chess pie was so yum! I enjoyed it in moderation after we got home, just one slice per day. While visiting, I had 2 slices a day. Plus a cupcake and some muffins and some cinnamon rolls.

Apart from the sweets, this was a reasonable week. I tracked 5 of 7 days (1 I was bird-watching).

This week's plan: Make a menu. Eat salad and cooked veggies. Drink lots of water. Exercise some. Indulge a little at the party.
