This is the first significant loss I've had since Week 4. I still indulged this week, especially at the New Year's Eve party and with leftovers the day after. But I tracked 5 days (skipped NYE and when I was birding the whole day). Tracking really works. Now I need to figure out how many points are in the pumpkin spice cake I made yesterday.
Plan for the week: I've made a menu and I'm cooking some. I made the 0-points Italian soup from WW, which will help keep me full and give me lots of vitamins. Classes resume this week, so I'll start having a more regular schedule.
