What was my magic recipe for loss this week? Having a cold! My body has been assiduously fighting the virus, while I've been noshing on pizza and cookies. It also helped that I cooked this week and so was closer to my target before I became ill.
Today's plan: more pizza and cookies.
Week's plan: VEGGIES! I haven't been getting much of these. And of course, tracking tracking tracking.
