I was busy last week and didn't get a chance to post. Last week's gain of 1 didn't bother me because I was recovering from having a cold and seemed natural. This week was a different story. I lacked commitment this week. I think I only completely tracked 1 or 2 days.

Today I will make a plan for the week, and I will track every day. I will also do strength-training one day and take a 20-minute walk. I walk most days, but only in 10-minute sessions. Research shows these are still helpful for weight loss, but 20 minutes at once helps with cardio.
