Woot! Down 2.2 pounds this week. The wheatless approach is definitely helping me resist all kinds of food. I had some pizza yesterday and was quickly filled up on a single slice. I was hungry 2 hours later and had another slice, and then once more later. 3 slices total. I didn't have any ill effects, so I think I'm not particularly sensitive to wheat, but I can't deny the results. Next week I should cross the 20 mark!
