WW Week 32

Total loss: -18.4
That's better! A decent loss and moving in the right direction. I succeeded at only eating out twice (not counting Starbucks) and I did make a menu that made good use of my groceries. My new eating schedule, planning for a late-night meal, is helping. I did not do daily stretches, though I did them maybe 3 days.
Today I'm going dancing! It's English Country Dancing, which is easier on my feet and knees (at least at the level I do it at--it can actually get quite vigorous). I'm walking on Tuesday and there's yoga on Wednesday. 3 days of exercise is 2 more than usual.
So the plan: More activity. More tracking. But first things first: time to make a plan for the week. WW says, "failing to plan is planning to fail."
