Last week, as the result of a pound of fudge, I gained 4 pounds. I am overjoyed to report that they were temporary, and I'm now back to where I was the week before. (You may notice I don't like to post when I've had a bad week...)
My mantra for the present is that eating bad leads to feeling bad. So don't eat bad. I'm cooking a little more right now and trying to eat less meat. On the menu this week: polenta with gardenburger sauce, spinach pesto pasta, and summer squash bake.
