It's been a month since I recorded my weight, but happily there has been little change. I've maintained about the same level for 2 months. Sadly, that level is higher than in spring or summer, but it could certainly be worse. I've indulged myself more than a few times. Occasionally I'll think to myself, "this is not how someone behaves who wants to lose weight." I then I reply, "yes, I know" and continue what I'm doing. :( It's really a question of priorities, I guess. If I could get everything else under control, it would be much easier to focus on weight loss. But I'm starting to suspect that time is never. So I need to find ways to get on program even when everything else is stressful. The most basic way to do this is MAKE A PLAN. Goal for next week: write out a meal plan that includes healthy snacks plus one treat daily.
