Hurray! More progress. I've survived the holidays and getting back into a regular routine. I'm starting to check points at restaurants before I go: I was shocked at how much the chicken quesadilla was at Qdoba, and that's what I had been getting, so last night I opted for 2 tacos instead. I'm also doing more planning.
I'm still far from perfect. I average about 10 points over target each day. It's heartening that I'm losing even so, because I can see ways I can reduce points later when my target decreases.
This week's plan: Zumba on Tuesday, yoga on Wednesday, walking on MWF (at work).
