I'm not yet seeing any physical results. My clothes still fit the same way and I don't have more energy. Last night I dreamt that I had lost 25 pounds and I was worried people would think I was lying, and also worried that the scale is lying.
Last week didn't go as planned. I didn't get in any additional exercise beyond walking between buildings on campus. I missed yoga because of a department meeting, and I didn't try a new Zumba class because (a) I'm shy and (b) it was inconveniently at lunch time. I just received an invitation to rejoin my old gym, $29 for 6 weeks, an awesome deal. They have Zumba without the problems of either (a) or (b). Tomorrow's class is very early, 9:30, so I doubt I'll make that. But tonight I'm free ... I'm having trouble committing to it.
