WW Week 16

Lots of feedback this week. This is a big gain, and I'm back to where I was in Week 8. It's frustrating. I want to progress and move past this point, which is going to require stricter adherence to the program. Granted, most of the time right now an outside observer couldn't tell that I'm dieting. So "stricter" still allows for freedom.
This week's gain can be attributed to cookie dough, an old-fashioned donut at Starbucks (12 points! yikes!) and fries and pizza last night. I'm hoping part of this is water retention from the salt on the cheese, but at most that would account for a pound. I also forgot to weigh in before breakfast, but it was a light meal so it shouldn't affect it much.
Plan this week: I won't be getting the walking I normally get from going to class, so I need to add in more walking on 2 days. Increase fresh vegetables and fruits. Eat simpler foods. Be able to tell myself "no." Have no-point late-night snacks for when "no" isn't acceptable. Eat like a healthy person.
