I'm back under 20 again, right where I was 2 weeks ago. Some important feedback: don't eat out 3 times within 2 days, especially soon before weigh-in; don't replace wheat with sugar; do eat more vegetables; do exercise and stretch. I may need to start counting Point again, in which case I'll go back to eating wheat. I'm not willing to sacrifice both my time and bread.
