This puts me back to where I was in Week 19. I'm not sure how it happened, honestly. I suspect it's that I didn't have as big a snack last night. I've still been over-indulging and struggling to get my sugar addiction under control. I did the floor exercises on 2 nights and tracked on 1 day.
I've begun bribing myself: a quarter for floor exercises and a dollar for a full day of tracking. I've only earned 1.50 so far. Last night I remembered the exercises right before bed but was too tired to do anything besides 2 quick low cobras for my week back.
Plan for this week: eat simply. Enjoy salad and baked potatoes. Do floor exercises and track.
