A new low! Previously I reached 20.2 pounds on April 14. This is definite progress! It goes to show that tracking food is really the best method. I've also been trying to limit my night-time snacks, which is when I often get out of control. And I've been doing the floor exercises. I've earned over $3 now. :)

Plan for this week: Lots of walking and floor exercises. Keep tracking.
