Dang it. Well, I was on vacation at the beach last week and I didn't track. I didn't do the floor exercises. I did walk a lot, so much that my foot started to ache again and I had to pull back. I suspect the bigger problem was the nighttime snacking. Normally on vacation I only have a few snacks in the room. This time we had a kitchenette and we stocked lots of yummies. And I ate them. If I had been tracking points, I would have known where to stop.

This week's plan: Ugh. I don't know. My back hurts and I'm tired from the trip. Okay, my compromise is that I will track every other day. And resume floor exercises to build strength.
